iiS INJURY

iiS Injury is designed for patients with urgent hand and wrist injuries requiring rapid specialist assessment. Patients are seen directly by consultant hand surgeons from the outset, with X-ray or ultrasound imaging arranged where clinically required and immediate first aid treatment provided where needed. If further treatment is required, a clear treatment plan and quotation will be discussed before any additional procedures are undertaken.

iiS ONE

IIS One is a same-day diagnosis and treatment package for selected hand conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, ganglion cysts and Dupuytren's contracture. Suitability is confirmed during a virtual consultation before attending for assessment and surgical treatment in a single visit under local anaesthesia.

Video  Consultation

You will have a video consultation with a consultant hand surgeon to confirm the diagnosis and suitability for surgery under local anaesthesia.

Pre-Operative Review

If suitable for iiS ONE, you will complete a medical questionnaire which is reviewed by our clinical team to confirm it is safe to proceed.

Assessment & Surgery

You will attend the hospital on an agreed date and will be assessed in person and have your surgical treatment on the same day.

Follow Up & Aftercare

Any required follow-up appointments and hand therapy are included and provided either virtually or in person.

IIS Health welcomes international patients to its specialist UK Hospital, The Cheshire Hand Clinic. Located 20 minutes from both Manchester and Liverpool airports, the hospital is easy to reach by road and rail. Treatment is provided by Consultant Hand and Wrist surgeons, supported by integrated imaging, hand therapy and surgical services on site.
